| Lila is the official goofball of 1079 The Duke. If it is outrageous or wacky and she hasn't done it...she will invent it! Lila will do anything for a laugh and keeps everybody guessing, including herself! Born in California but raised in Middle Tennessee, she calls McMinnville her hometown and has actually been to the Grundy County auction! She grew up on her family's dairy farm where they raised jersey cows, beef cattle, horses and raised and showed Saanen and Nubian Dairy Goats (ask her about her goat milking trophies sometime). Lila is a devoted aunt to her niece Lucy and two nephews Nic and Michael. She’s also a proud parent of two dogs, Molly, a Heeler/Doberman mix and Puck, an American Bulldog, who are her 'furry babies.'

When not amusing her co-workers with tales of her latest mishap or adventure; she spends time riding her motorcycle, hanging with friends on the lake or going shooting. Of course, that’s only when she isn't shopping for her next favorite pair of red high heels or browsing at the MAC counter at the mall! A self-proclaimed caffeine junky and energy drink aficionado, Lila was the sole reason we went over our coffee budget for last year! Even with her sassy, spiky, punk rocker-chick look, she's a true country girl at heart and lists Brad Paisley as one of her all time favorites. In March of 2009 Lila realized a lifelong goal of serving in the military and joined the Army. After spending the summer at Ft. Jackson, SC for basic training is now serving as a member of the 118th MPAD in Nashville in the TN. Army National Guard. HOOAH! | |
| She loves Waylon, Willie, ETC, Keith Whitley and has been quoted as saying she would trade her youngest nephew for the chance to spend an evening with Gary Allan***. Look for Lila at any live music event around the Scenic City, wearing one of her signature mini skirts with a cold beer in hand! Lila loves to play your requests, let her prove it to you! Tune in for the All Request Lunchtime Luau weekdays at noon!

***She wouldn't actually trade her nephew; this is just one of her unique figures of speech, a Lila-ism if you will. |
